ALAT Recruiting is a driver recruiting service. We help connect CDL-A drivers (company drivers, lease purchase operators, and owner-operators) with trucking carrier partners. We are not an employer, motor carrier, or staffing agency, and we do not guarantee employment, placement, or any specific outcome with any carrier.
Our Services are intended for individuals who hold, or are eligible to obtain, a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and who meet the minimum age and qualification requirements set by applicable federal and state regulations and by our carrier partners. By submitting an application, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
When you submit an application, you may be asked to provide personal information and to upload documents such as your CDL and DOT medical certificate. You agree that:
By providing your phone number and submitting an application or otherwise opting in through our website or another medium, you consent to be contacted by ALAT Recruiting by phone call and text message (SMS) regarding your application and related driver opportunities, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Carrier and message frequency disclosures: message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your application or affect your eligibility with any carrier partner — it only stops text communications from ALAT Recruiting.
If you use a referral link generated through our website, the name associated with that link will be recorded along with your application for the purpose of crediting that individual as your referrer. Referral arrangements, including any associated payments, are between ALAT Recruiting and the referring individual, and do not create any obligation to the applicant.
ALAT Recruiting makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding job placement, pay rates, bonuses, home time, equipment, or any other terms of employment. All such matters are determined solely by the hiring carrier and are subject to change without notice. Sign-on bonuses, pay rates, and offer details displayed on our website are provided by carrier partners and are subject to change at any time.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of ALAT Recruiting or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
