2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Evaluate your qualifications and match you with carrier partners whose requirements fit your experience, equipment preferences, and home time needs
• Contact you by phone, SMS/text message, or email regarding your application, available positions, and the hiring process
• Submit your application and supporting documents (such as your CDL and medical certificate) to carrier partners on your behalf, with your knowledge
• Provide ongoing support throughout your application, orientation, and onboarding process
• Track referrals so we can credit the person who referred you
• Improve our services and respond to inquiries or support requests
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only as necessary to provide our recruiting services:

• Carrier partners: When you apply for a position, we share your application details and uploaded documents (CDL, medical card, etc.) directly with the trucking carrier(s) you are applying to, so they can evaluate you for employment.
• Service providers: We use third-party platforms to manage communications (such as SMS/text messaging and call handling) and website hosting. These providers process information solely to deliver these services to us and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
• Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ALAT, our partners, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, ALAT Recruiting may send you SMS messages regarding your application status, available driver opportunities, and marketing and promotional messages about CDL driver job opportunities. Message frequency may vary depending on your application status and ongoing communications.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can reply HELP to any message for assistance. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your application status with carrier partners, but may limit our ability to update you on your application progress.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our recruiting services, including follow-up support after placement, unless you request deletion sooner or applicable law requires a different retention period.

You may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
